Where do I start'

1. Leaking when it rains. EVERYTIME it rains we had leaking in the patio, and amazingly enough through the vents which are convienently located "for maximum drips" on the ceiling.

2. The heater was down for 3 months forcing us to get an electric heater.

3. The service team......There's a service team' We called 9 or 10 times for them to service our leaking and heater problem but eventually they came and lit the heater's pilot but after the heater shut off the pilot went out again. They finally fixed the problem at the end of winter.

4. We always had fights and loud music in our building. Magically you can't call the management when it happens, so our inept Battle Creek Police come after the fights and loudness cease. The walls are paper-thin allowing us to hear the sex fun upstairs and you know when our neighbors in ANY apartment in our building is taking a shower as we can hear it.

5. The management staff are inept morons that have the nerve to raise our rent but not offer better service. They change management staff monthly, creating a loss of support in maintenance work orders if they get to them at all.

6. ONE of two pools were open. The gym is a basement of the service center with 3 broke-ass 1970 nautilus work out machines and two dumbells that total 70 lbs.

7. They do offer washer and dryer hook ups BUT block them with the heater and the water heater. Then give two crappy washer and dryers for community use per floor and charge $1.25 and $1 for an individual use.

8. The Entrance door to the hallway NEVER locks which lets people who don't live here full access to our hallway.

9. They only paid for water and trash. You have to pay all other, which at any other property you only have to pay electrical.

10. Finally..... The apartment's power grid was horrible. The slightest wind seemed to knock out the power. You could have sworn the power grid was built by retarded chimpanzees with rubber tools.

GOOD POINTS
1. Lucky enough NOT to have my car nor my apartment broken into considering the lock set of the door into the apartment(had no chain).

2. Rent was only $469.

3. 4 day Grace period for rent due. It was the 1st through the 4th.

4. Move-In Special was good. Didn't have to pay application fee and we got $200 off the first months rent, or we could have picked from a playstation 2 or X-Box.
