I live at oakbrook and I have seen some definite changes. when I first moved in there were a few problems, not with my apartment but with my neighbors. It only took an month to get rid of them, but what can you ask someone to do kick them out in one day. The Office can't predict what someone is going to do, all they can do is qualify them like they did me. I know when I moved in I had to jump through a lot of hoops just like everyone else. If someone is complaining about a dirty moldy apartment that they lived in or live in now who are they really slamming but their own poor cleanliness and lack of preventitive maitinance on their own part. I wish that more good people would move here to be my neighbor. The apartments are nice the price is right the office staff is friendly and helpful, what more could a good renter that likes living in an apartment ask for. I love it here because they let me have both my dogs show me one other place in Battle Creek that will let you do that, cus I havn't found one yet and I have lived here for 31 years.
