Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
The apartments are pretty old, but not horribly run down. They are pretty quiet as well. Main problem is with downstairs neighbors that chain smoke to the point that my apartment reeks. I also had numerous problems on move in, including finding out they had given me the wrong apartment number so all my utilities were set up to the wrong apartment, it wasn't ready (although that maybe have been the incorrectly numbered apartment) when I arrived with all my stuff so I ended up in a hotel for a week with all my stereo equipment in my car. Appliances are old as well.
