Known as cream of the crop here...that is pushing it.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I am a traveling nurse so I have been around. My complaints are:
1. the entry ways are shabby-soiled carpets, door frame coming apart. For safety purposes the doors do not close completely, so who knows who is coming in.
2. Managed to get my fueding neighbors upstairs their 3rd and final complaint before they were evicted. I work nights and sleep like the dead most of the time, and they seemed like they were in the next room.
3.Tread super lightly and pray your neighbors do too. I was written up for excessive thumping on the floor. From the noise that was described my dear cat must walk and not run after his toys. Alas, I had the same complaints about others so what do you do'
4. With some pretty heavy snow this year snow removal sucked big time. Never was there a time that I wasn't in it to my ankles atleast except the obvious melting. No shovels being hefted here.
5.Parking at times was a luxury.
6. This is managed by the same people who take care of Oakbrook who is #1 on the list for this area-those have been written up by the city codes division for collapsing roofs, mold, etc. The management seem to give more priority to the Woodlands, but when one goes bad others follow.
My compliments:
1.I had a fireplace and it was wonderful.
2.The walls and carpet in the apartment were immaculate.
3.Huge bathroom vanities.
4.Huge closets, good storage space.
5.My apartment faced a beautiful wooded lot, worked great with the huge picture window.
