Every place has its problems including The Arbors. BUT, the office staff handles all issues well and with courtesy. The maintenace staff always responds promptly and explain what is going on. If you think you're going to find an apartment community that has no problems, you won't find it. I think some people need to suck it up and quit complaining so much.

Yes there will be problems, but nothing like this hell hole. I also believe that maintenance should only have to come one time, not over and over again to fix the same thing. If things would get fixed the right way then you wouldn't have to listen to it.
