I have had trouble with getting stuff fixed in a timely manner and also needed to withhold rent to get my property fixed. They used to have movie night once a month for the kids and now that the new manager is in the office, she doesn't even like having the kids in there at all! I also don't like that we do pay the most in rent and we are usually the last to get our snow cleared, among other things! Then they want to raise our rent and charge for water and garbage. What next! For what we are paying I am looking for a house!
