The maintenance in the arbors don't fix things that need to be fixed and in the few times that they do fix something it needs to be fixed again. For example, the drains in the apartment take forever to drain and they have not even been looked at. Come to find out the sink in the kitchen has been draining into our dishwasher. My boyfriend and I have had many problems since we have been here. To start out with my car had a window broken out and my boyfriends truck got ran into and nothing was done. Parking is a joke. Their is not enough washers and dryers for the amount of tenants. It also does not feel like a safe environment when the police are here atleast 2 or 3 times during the week normally. The doorframe on our entance door is broke it was like that when we moved in. The buzzer to our apartment hasn`t worked since we moved in. We cant get package or even order pizza without watching every vehicle pull in. We cant wait to leave!!!

if your boyfriend's truck got run into & your window was broken you need to contact your car insurance. no apartment complex is responsible for any damage to personal property. if you have no car insurance that's stupidity on your part.

We just moved to the Arbors in August and have had maintance over at least 15 times and the problems have not been corrected we cant wait to move. Our neighbors car was broken into and the magements ony help was to suggest renters insurance plus the police department have run thru th back yard chasing criminals. 1/2 of the complex is for problem teants who party and have bad kids and the other 1/2 of the complex is for elderly or couples who dont cause problems what a joke!
