I've lived here for four years and have mixed feelings about the 'Arbors'. On the one hand the places are nice and the parking is ample but the appliances are really old and our dishwasher leaks on occasion.
Overall it's not bad and I've never had a security issue per say but there are some pretty shady characters around sometimes. They also don't seem to do much about broken down cars. One car outside my apartment has sat there for 8 months, taking up two spaces and has a flat tire and is obviously a hunk of junk... The complex put a 'Tow' sticker on it 6 months ago but it hasn't been towed yet.
I am recommending this place because it's in a good location, is fairly quiet and is close to a trail. The staff isn't bad either.
