This place is beautiful, and when we moved in in late 2002, it was a dream. The management was amazing-- prompt at fixing orders, very accommodating, nice, and friendly. However, the main manager left for a position at a different complex, and the new management is much more interested in making money and being authoritative than serving customers. There was a noticeable difference in the level of service and the general feeling of "home" rapidly decreased. It's not a bad place to live-- it's very clean, and has great floor plans, really nice facilities. The service is just not exceptional like it used to be.
