Ive been here about two years now, and have never had any problems. Quiet and safety are important, and those have always been fine. I miss having a garage, which I had when I was in a house, but I never have problems parking near my building. Maintenance has always been nice as have the people in the office. The apartment itself is very comfortable, and the bathroom is huge.
I'd recommend them to someone looking for an apartment.
