The area is great. But they are way overpriced.It seems like our roof is constantly leaking. They focus more on watering the lawn than taking care of the buildings and then want to raise the monthly rate at least once a year.The staff is nosey and always poking around the housing.The pool is always overcrowded from families coming in from townhomes next door. If you dont mind paying through the leaking roof prices,this is the place for you!!!!!!!!!!

The pool is never overcrowded. Hardly anyone uses it except on the weekends. It is locked and you need a key to get in, so how can someone who doesn't live there use the pool?

Last week I was at the pool with my boyfriend and I got carded! If I hadn't brought my pool pass with me, they would've asked me to leave.

i was 2 weeks ago at the pool and they asked many people for a pool pass and most of them didn't bring it with them, and nobody was sent home!
