I recently moved into Glenn Valley. I have owned my own home for the last 15 years. Due to a divorce, I had to move from a large home, into a 2 bdrm apt. The staff was very helpfull, considerate and accomodating. The majority of the tenants that I have encountered are of the baby boomer era or older. This makes for wonderful neighbors, and a peacfull environment to live in. I feel the rent is reasonable. You are going to pay a little more to keep the rif-raf out. Well worth the extra per month. I would highly recommend this community to anyone who does not want to live around alot of young adults. Also, the natural scenic beauty of the community is wonderfull. Nightly, I can watch deer eating 30' from my back porch.
