When my fiance and I first moved here, it wasn't because of the price or the layout of the unit. To be truthful, it is a little bland.. lots of white walls and beige carpets. We ended up choosing Glenn Valley because of all the complexes we had looked at that week, the people here were just sooo nice and helpful. They really did a good job of making us feel welcome. We are only moving now because we are getting married in a few months and are looking at buying our first home :D Our apartment had a built in washer/dryer, which was very nice b/c most of the other places we looked at only had hookups. Being poor college students that was very handy. The best part was that we didn't have to pay for gas. During the winter we got to keep it as toasty as we wanted and didn't have to worry about high bills! This is a very quiet (to be honest, I barely ever noticed my neighbors) and nice place to live. The only drawback for me was that this is a pet free apartment. I don't know anything about how maintenance is only because we never really had a need to call them. All in all, good place to live. Actually, we're a little sad to be leaving our very first apartment.
