Lived their for one year and regreted right away. Apartment was not ready paint was still wet, dirty. Managment was not on site like advertised. Mantainence was very slow in being done and questioned. Rent was defnetly high for the city and so over rated considering the apartments were already five years old. Lake where I was wondering as all I saw was two smelly ponds that were home to the canadian geese. If you want to live in a very private apartment go for it as neighbors keep to themselves. Forget getting a call back from the manager too he seems to avoid talking to the residence if you have a problem, bad managment. Still waiting for deposit. Watch out for the hidden costs too not all listed. Snow removal is an after thought so watch out.
