I am a newer resident, app. 4 moths now. I am very happy with the entire complex. The office staff tries very hard to get things done right away for you. I have even seen them taking out trash for an elderly tenant. That, I think , speaks for the service. I guess you just have to keep in mind that these are not brand new apartments. They are perfectly priced, for I checked several out before I made my decision to move in.
