I have lived at lakeside for over 10 years and have found it to be a very pleasant, clean and safe place to live. Any issues I have had have been addressed in an appropriate amount on time. The office staff goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly. They have updated the lighting in my apartment and replaced any appliances that were not in working order. I think the negative ratings are from people that have been evicted since the new management has really been on top of cleaning out any rif raf!! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
