The price is pretty cheap, but so are the apartments. Ours was constantly falling apart. The knobs fell off the closets, and the bottoms dropped out of the drawers. The glass wasn't insulated, so the bedroom was freezing. Their records aren't kept very well, because a couple of times people just walked in thinking our apartment was empty. We went through several property managers, and they misplaced rent a few times as well. All in all, it was a disappointment.
