I had a good experience living at Pine Knoll. It was my first-ever apartment. I recently moved from the Landings at the Preserve, and I felt that after that situation, I definitely needed to give props to Pine Knoll. The office staff was always helpful and friendly. When I moved out, I received my security deposit back in a timely manner. At the Landings, however, the office staff was terrible and they are trying to charge me for damages I didn't do. The rent was cheaper and I had a washer and dryer in my unit for no extra cost. The only reason I left Pine Knoll was because I wanted to have a pet, which they don't allow. Overall, I had a good experience.
