Pine Knoll was my first apartment once moving out after high school and I would definately live there again. Lots of room, 5 people were living there and we had plenty of space. Nice kitchen and baths, it always stayed well heated in the winter and cool in the summer. I loved the balcony and being on the third floor, the ceilings were pretty cool too. Of course, being young, we made quite a bit of noise, but the neighbors could never hear. The most noise you would hear is the car stereos outside. Had very friendly neighbors and Emmett Township depuys would randomly patrol through making sure everything was ok which it always was and it also gave me an added sense of security as well. A wonderful place to live.
