Before you move in or renew your lease review the national sex offenders web site. Sex offenders live all over Pine Knoll. Do you still feel safe walking threw the parking lot at night? Or letting your kids go out to play? Why doesn't Pine Knoll do a criminal check? Is it because the place would be empty if they didn't let sex offenders move in?

I checked the MSP Sex Offender Registry and not 1 single person listed there lives in Pine Knoll. I have personally lived in Edward Rose communities and spoken with the staff regarding their criteria and they do not clear any applications with this on there. Check your facts first.

That is not true. I have also checked the MSP Sex Offender Registry after I read this post to ensure that it was true, and there were at least two.

When I looked at the sex offender Website today, there is only 1 person NEAR Pine Knoll and they are listed at Michigan Ave, which isn't the same thing. All of the addresses are Pine Knoll Ct. I live at Pine Knoll currently and have had no problems with other residents there.
