My apartment was an end unit that backed up to the woods, I loved that. I also liked having outside storage and the price was right (w/cable, $550/mth). Bad things: bottome of pool was never cleaned (full of sand), my car was broken into (window smashed out & CD player stolen), snow plow rammed neihbor's car, loud neihbor/very thin walls, sprinkler system broken (either didn't work or created a flood), lots of speeders. It's a long list of complaints, but overall I loved living here. I would definitely move back in if I needed to.
