We were under the impression that since this establishment was under new management in 2008, that the apartment lifestyle would be different...however, that is not the case. There may not be so many "loud" people or trash in the hallways as there once was, however, the management and office staff lack alot of customer service. They need a class in "tact" and how to handle difficult situations. The only employee in the office who seems to have any "authority" is the office manager (with a bad temper)...and even then they "beat around the bush" about having to go to their "higher ups" before anything can be answered/accomplished. The apartments are not at all what is portrayed in the pictures online. Some have been updated (slightly), while others have not (however, the rent has increased alot). In one such apartment the ceilings and kitchen cabinet shelves were bowed, cabinet doors were warped and didn't close and the balcony appeared structurally unsafe. If all the units were updated, this may be a nice community...if the office staff were replaced...or at least their personalities. I went online and saw that customer service is important to the owners of this apartment community, but I wonder if they realize what type of staff they have under management in the rental office. I have never had this experience and I have lived here for 3 years. I beleive this person is possibly upsetdue to maybe not qualifying to live in this beautiful apartment community. Most people who go here are to complain when something does not go there way or they blow something out of porportion. This place is a great community and I see more and more people moving in that are great neighbors.

i tend to agree with the this person since i have just experienced that awfull customer service just yesterday no 8/13/2009 she came across rude and abrasive unwilling to give me information about pricing of one bedroom,two bedroom also i felt that i was being treated and talked badly to by this person look i am blind black disabled veteran moving here from another city i may not be able to see when a person disrespeckting me for whatever reason it maybe i can still hear it feel it in gut and all i was doing wasw inquiring about the place
