The add claims the buildings are updated. Where' They look the same as they did 15yrs ago. The gate' Not a good idea with a power hungry psychotic dictator managing the place. When I moved in, the pipe under the kitchen sink was disconnected. he sliding glass door doesn't latch or lock and on the other end, there is a big gap. The furnace doesn't work. Been here over a month with promises that these things will be fixed and I'm still waiting. Since I've voiced my issues, I've received complaints claiming excessive noise coming from my apartment''' What''' Oh, and the gate''' The manager tries to get even by taking your access code out of the drive-thru gate. What''' I'm paying rent and obeying the rules and I can't drive my car to my apartment''' Really''' Are you kidding me''' Oh and she doesn't like black people which has been a real problem for me since I have a lot of black friends. She has gone as far as to harass them at the gate, refuse them entry, and threaten to evict me if she catches them back on the grounds. These aren't drug dealing thugs we're talking about, but just decent, quiet, normal black folk. I've only seen a few ------ living in the complex. Ok, so the manager knows a little of the law and has the minimum quota. She is horrible to deal with. I get double talk, she's rude, obnoxious. Clearly one of those people that can't be reasoned with whatsoever. I would recommend you stay as far away from this apartment complex or any complex in the future that is managed by Heather Russel. I'll be terminating my lease at the end of the month.

Well thank goodness YOU are leaving. This is your home not a clubhouse. Those gates are in place to protect everyone not to come in and party. Did you put gas in your name. We have 24/7 maintance if you callthem they arrive asap. Heather is nice and very professional you must have done something to get her angry. If you do not like it here move to the Arbors were there's no gates and sense of security. I have seen form of racism here I'm mexican. Several of my latinos and ------ come here and have never been hated on or insult in anyway. Go and be annoyance somewhere, Satisfied Resident

Well than, it appears you have had a bad experience here. It is your own fault for violating the terms and aggrements of your lease (gathering from your post). I would like to say it was wrong of you to cause disrespect, to the office as well as your neighbors. I have never once felt threatend or disrespected by the managers and other personel. As for your noise complaint, it is possible to have friends over without excessive noise. Obviously you are not obeying the rules. If your code was taken out it was for a reason. Perhaps it is a good thing for you to move on to another place where you can countinue being upset at the world because life did not turn out the way you thought it would be. Resident

I agree with you man. I've been her 8 and a half grueling months... Heather Russel is without a doubt the worst land lord I have ever encountered. Sure shes great for the first hour you're in the office until you sign the lease. BAM! then she goes psycho. I went down to reason with her not to long ago and got the shaft. I couldn't get a word in edge wise. No one should consider living here... i regret ever moving in there. As for the gates. WOW! amazing. WRONG. the gate only wraps around so far and anyone from thug to gang banger can walk around the stupid thing. i dont friggin think so. since I've lived here I've seen countless people walk around it. People have broken in to the apartments below us i dont know how many times. and what did we get for helping identify what happened. QUESTIONED LIKE WE DID IT OURSELVES. Screw that... the only sane person working here is Chris the maintenance guy. Everyone else can bite it. I will be leaving this crap hole when my lease is up and hangin the bird as i drive off into a better living situation.
