I?ve lived here for just over a year now and we?ve had absolutely no hassles with anything. We?ve only had two problems. Once when the microwave quit working. Maintenence was here in 15 minutes. The other was when the water heater stopped, once again here in 15 minutes. Great team! The office team is also great. They?ve been wonderful. The rent isn?t too bad for what you get. 2 bedrm 2 bth, fireplace, central air, microwave in kitchen, incredibly large bedrooms. I?ve recommended this place to everyone that asks.
