Great Place

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
I lived at the landings from August 1999 to June 2000. I thought the rent was cheap for the quality of the apartment($590 for 2 bed/2 bath/1100 sq ft).

I never had a problem with my place. The mainenence staff was friendly and prompt. The management was great.

The Landings is one of the nicer places to rent in Battle Creek. As a consultant, I need a place to stay for 10 months and renting was my only option.

The median age seemed a bit high for an apartment complex.
