It all started with a the gas company making a mistake on our bill. That isn't the Landings fault, but we paid the gas company for someone elses gas and then the gas company billed the landings for our gas. instead of the landings contacting us about the bill they paid it and put it on our rent for the next month. We contacted both the gas company and the Landings and the Landings wanted us to pay them the money for our bill and get the money back from the gas company. Atleast we weren't that dumb.

They also charge people differently for going over on the length of contract. They charged us $100 extra per month and someone else that we know they only chraged $50 per month.

Lets hope you are smart enough to stay away.

Some people say it shouldn't be anonymlously, but if you still live there knowing these people it could get worse if they know who you are.

This sounds like it was the gas companies fault to me. Does that surprise you? How was the Landings to know are they Semco? Also quit whinning about how much you are paying as oppossed to some one else. They are probably lying to you. People respond anonymously because the do not want to get called out for exaggerating the truth. Get your crap together and these things wouldn't happen to you. Get a life and quit dogging out nice properties. I can't wait until you get a house and then who will you complain about - youre morgage company.

This response sounds like someone is a little peeved that someone finds fault with their place of employment! What NORMAl person would write a response to a valid complaint unless they took it personal? More than likely your reading a response from one of the Landings staff or a 16 year old with nothing better to do. Either way, the response is rude, immature, and sounds like something that needs to be regarded as such.

I dont live on the property but i must say that this site is a waste if people only post responses when they are peeved or if they are management employees. This does not help those of us who are searching for apartments.So far all apartments in the Kzoo-Bcreek area are simply horrendous according to this website. I dont think it pays anyone to have this site in existence if people simply use them to air their grouses or to advertise their complex. Thanks but no thanks for the service
