We have had good luck here. I applied at another apartment complex first. They told us there was a waiting list of about 3 weeks and then they would be able to place us in an apartment. Well two months later they still didn't have a place for us, so we moved to the Landings at the Preserve. We have been here two months and with the exception on the stair we really like it. I was surprised by this site. It seems like poeple just come here to vent and that's not very fair. If you do want honest advise the Landings at the Preserve is a good place to live.
