The management is very shady. Put EVERYTHING in writing. Anything that s wrong with the apartment, put it in writing, don t assume they will fix it after you move in just because you complained over and over before even signing the lease. Document every conversation with dates. Write letters so you have proof of your complaints. Even though they are really nice before you sign your lease, remember the office staff are NOT your friends. Be careful to protect yourself. If anything goes wrong in your apartment, the staff will try to make place the blame on you. They will try the, you must have done something wrong.

Maintenance and grounds keepers were great! They did an outstanding job. Office staff is rude and management had unethical values they do not value their customers.

About 4 months after we moved in I started to wonder if they lowered their rental rates and employment requirements. The cliental started to become obviously low class they gave me the creeps. Each family, a total of three, in my building were evicted during the time I lived there. I was so glad to see them go.
