Rude owner and staff

I lived in these apartments for 3 years and had many issues. Our dishwasher never worked, they refused to replace or fix it if one of the parts on it was fine. We had water that would drip down from the exhaust fan in the bathroom above the toilet. The tub caulking was black (possibly mold) when we moved in. I had to crawl around on the floor when we first moved in to mark down on a paper where all the cigerette burns were in the carpet from previous renters.
Our lease just ended in Nov. and we moved. They claimed we had 686 dollars of damages!! They charged 195 to move out a few items that my roomate had left. They charged us for the black caulk in the tub that was there when we moved in. They charged us for the exhaust fan in the bathroom being off but that was left off by mantaince when they were patching and painting it and never put it back up. They charged us for a lot of other stupid things and charge outrageous prices for them.
Now I have been dealing with paying that off and went in today to pay the last 150 on it. I gave them my check and they refused to write on the receipt that I had paid in full because he did not want to go look at my balance. This was the owner!!! And when I tried to talk to him about stuff he cut me off and said, "I don't want to hear about it." He told me he was done with me and said goodbye. I believe that was poor consumer relations and just plain rude! I hope that this will discourage people from renting there.
