Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
i have been a resident the past two years. This past year alot of improvements have take place. I have had a whole new bathroom put in for me. New light fixtures, flooring, cabinets and faucet. I am really pleased with how it turned out. The rent has went up 10.00 bucks but considering what has taken place and i dont have to pay the heating bills, its a deal!
