This place is not very good to be in at all. My wife and I rented here in October of 2007. When we went to look at the apartment there were burn marks in the carpet. The wall paper was yellowed and pealing from the walls. It doesn't look like it's been painted in a long time either.

We complained about the tub draining slowly, the air conditioner not working, the exhaust fan venting right in your face over the stove.

Nothing was done.

I was able to fix the tub a little bit. It won't hold water but at least it will drain now when you take a shower.

The staff was very rude and very unsympathetic. All they care about is getting your money.

If you have to terminate the lease for any reason expect to pay a big fee. Over 2,000. They threaten to take you to court or turn you over to their collection agency to scare you into doing what they want to get their money.

This is a horrible place to live. Residents have had property stolen. People have been mugged right out if front of the building.

Thats funny anytime i have requested service they have been promt and courteous! When you read the lease that you signed did you notice that you agreed to the "early termination fees" I read it... oh and I even took the adivce that the lease offered. I had to reviewed by an attorney! Ha ha ha you must be one of my neighbors that didnt pay their rent. The only reason they would even mention collections or court is for that reason! Hey my suggestion if you aint paying LEAVE dont want you as a neighbor then!

I just came across this site. I had ants in my apt and had to call the office 3 times to finally get rid of them. I have noticed the staff seems to care about noisy tenants due to them evicting them for noise. Thank god it's quite here or i would move!
