The place is too expensive. Now, I understand that it has a great location and that drives up the price, but the positives about this apartment complex end there. The place is built along two busy roads, and if you live near one of them it is very noisy. The windows and sliding doors do nothing to keep out sound. There is barely anything between you and neighbors. I once heard my neighbor upstairs coughing (I could ALWAYS hear them walking/showering).

The grounds look like garbage and the management does not seem to care. They recently installed a new sprinkler system and all it does is create mud. The courtyard is half covered by dirt. Be prepared when you move in (if you dare) to clean a lot, because the staff doesn't seem to clean the apartments very well when tenants move out. If something is broken (which happens often) the maintenance man takes forever to come over to your apartment and fix it (he doesn't even fix it right the first time, everything around the apartment seems to be falling apart). I resorted to fixing things myself (at my own expense) the past few years. There is no excuse for the lazy man to take so long to come over and work either, he is often seen walking his dog or socializing instead of working in your apartment as requested. The woman in the office is also very rude.

Overall, there are much better apartments for the money in this area that are run by people who actually understand what customer service is.
