The property manager is never around when you do contact her on the phone you have to leave a message, then she never returns your call. When we do finally get good help for maintenance or grounds she will fire them for no reason. The Manager will then hire someone else and we have to get use to someone else that we can trust. the only good thing about this property is that the leasing agent is here to try to help us.

That is so true. Plus when a resident goes in to pay their rent and the resident ask how much they owe, she can't even tell u. Now isn't that her job to know how much rent u owe for the month? This is at Orchard Manor. I don't know how the owner could of found someone so damn stupid and take advantage of him like that. There is a rumor going around that 90% of the residents want her fired and out of there before it really gets any worse then what it is now. THE MANAGER FOR MIDLAND AND ORCHARD MANOR IS WORTHLESS, NEED SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEIR DOING!!!!

I agree with the statement above. The MANAGER AT BOTH MIDLAND & ORCHARD MANOR IS WORTHLESS AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! How would u residents like it if u found out she is a liar and a THIEF??? Well it's a fact, she is a liar and a thief, that's why she had a choice to resign or get fired from her last managers job because of that certain reason. STEALING FROM THE WASHER AND DRYER MACHINES. It's not what u know, it's who u know to get the info. Fact stated, she is a thief and a big fat liar and the B---H needs to be fired johnny on the spot and it the owners can't see that, then their just as ignorant and stupid as she is.. GET NEW OWNERS & NEW MANAGEMENT OR WE WILL BE THE NEXT TO MOVE OUT!!!
