The property manager at orchard and village square are the same person. she is never at orchard manor she is always at village square. when ever we have problems or question we have to call her and if we are lucky she will return our call.ever apartment complex i have lived at the propety manager lives on site. well not in this case. the owners should come around more often to asst us if we need it or the property manager should at least take our calls.

Boy if that isn't true. But now they have two different managers for both places and neither one is any good. They both need to take management classes becuz they are both rude and don't give a crap about what goes on. For example: Orchard Manors pool. It has been closed more times then I can count because of residents in building 7 apts. 3&5 are ruining it for others. Their kids are destroying everything in it and are peeing in the pool. And of course there u go again with the property manager not doing a damn thing about it. The woman is worthless and needs to be replaced by someone who will actually do the job right. She is never around when residents need her and she constently leaves whenever she feels like it. So who's running the place?? It certainly can't be her. GET US A NEW PROPERTY MANAGER FOR ORCHARD AND MIDLAND MANOR OR WE'LL BE THE NEXT ONE'S TO BE MOVING OUT!!!
