the property manager needs to go to some sort of school to learn how to run a property. I have been a property manager for over 20 years and I am retired now. I have never seen such a poor property under this kind of management. This past winter the maintenance man had to shovel the road and walk ways by hand with a shovel, but he always made sure our walks and roads were kept clean. Where is the truck that belongs to orchard manor we will never know. I sure hope the new owner knows what kind of person he has choosen to run his property. another thing about the manager she never is avaiable to take our calls nor is she ever here at our property. because of these conditions i have moved to a far better property that is ran by a manager that knows what she is doing. orchard manor has ran down ever since the day the new owner took over and hird this person. they have let so many employees that were great workers go.

I agree again with the above caption. But u think the property manager then was bad, hell this one they got now at Midland Manor is worse. She lets anyone and everyone, even off the damn streets live there. There has been more then 28 maintenance crew either fired or quit becuz of her. Here again, she needs to go back to some sort of school and learn what management is all about becuz she certainly doesn't know anything. She is suppose to know how much rent people owe and she don't even know that becuz she comes and goes whenever the hell she wants and she's also another one who never answers the phone. There has been several police called on building 5 apt.8 becuz of load music and drinking and the police won't do anything, it's all up to the manager and of course there u go again, she DOESN'T DO ANYTING!!! So nothing is being done. What kind of manager is that?
