First off I do not live at Orchard Manor BUT I do live in a Fox Community Apartment Nightmare. The R. M. tries to oversee "managers" at these west side locations: Orchard Manor, Midland Manor (they are/have been working on phase two of this place for a long time and she seem to spend most of her time there for ages 55 )Shirwinjo, Webb Drive,Raven Lane. She also attempts to oversee a "manager" at Village Square. I have read the Village Square Reviews.The manager there yells at tenents a lot. I have read people are are very unhappy there. I know some people there feel the pool has been ruined by smokers( mostly one in----) who blow there smoke at children. I find that digusting. This regional manager makes a lot of promises that are never kept. Some examples: Smoke Free pool area(lasted four days) then the smokers ruled and the pool was ruined for many tenants.Some have left and some are leaving in September and October. Playground promised two years ago, never happened. I am moving from my Fox Nightmare very soon. I will run as fast as I CAN FROM IT!!! She has been the R.M. for two long terrible years. I am not sure where I will go, but a box under a bridge would be better than the horror I live in now.I can honestly say these places use to be nice, happy places not for about two years. Staff leaves(quits) before you can ever learn their names. Getting things repaired takes 2 months to never. Most you have to fix yourself or hire someone to do.I know in two years we have lost 50 or more tenents( more then half of all rented apartments.)I can not say any more that most people have not already said.Except Goodbye to my Fox Apartment Nightmare!!!!!!

I agree with everything that has been said in the caption above. It's all true except that at Midland and Orchard Manor the Manager lets felonies live there and just tear up the place(mostly--------------------) The manager who runs it or is suppose to do her job and doesn't should be fired and should find someone to replace her that knows what their doing because she abviously doesn't.

I disagree with both of these reviews. Since new management has taken over things have gotten better. There are no felonys that live at any of Fox Apartments. Any if there is the management team will have them removed. They do a crimial back ground check on all new residents, I should know they wouldn't let me live at any of their commuiites due to the fact that my husband has a felony that is 35 years old and they wouldn't allow us to move into their community.

I disagree with you first two. What your saying about the manager there is wrong. She is a wonderful woman who tries her best at everything that she does there. And as for her not being able to spend time at shirwin jo or raven lane. (HELLO!!!) There isnt any offices at those places. Her office is at Midland Manor. What do you want her to do? Sit out on the porch? Better yet, why dont you two build her an office and maybe she could spend time there. Also, as for the felonys living at OM... Not true. I dont know where you get your information from but its WAY OFF! Maybe you should get to know her and the staff before you dog them.

I lived in Village Square from 1997 till 2007. When T.B. took over as the R.M. THINGS WENT DOWNHILL LIKE A SPPEEDING COASTER AND NOT IN A FUN WAY. I moved to East Bay Village. A much cleaner,well keep up place. Bigger pool, bigger cleaner Community Room. As for felons at O.R. HE WAS A MAINTENENCE MANNAMED ROB.YES THOSE ARE THE FACTS.

B---h from Village Square the man named Rob was NOT a felon when he lived there, get your facts straight before you shoot your mouth off. The girl that did this is the biggest d--ned liar of all time. Now if you were at any of the court hearings you would of known that, not wouldn't you?? We know the facts and the facts are Kristen is a LIAR...False police reports make any sense???
