I have lived at Orchard Manor since June of 2006.I know or have had the pleasure of meeting all of the staff at one time or another,and have found each of them to be polite and professional.Since i have lived here i have had only 2 work request, 1 was a heat p---lem that was taken care of within 1 hr. the other was a driping faucet that was taken care of the next day.The property is kept well lite at night,the grounds are always clean and the side walks and driveway are kept clear as can be excpected.I find living here safe and friendly.I would recomend living here to anyone.

Maybe T.R. has stepped up since I moved away in 2007. If all is good there now that is super. I ONLY KNOW THE LAST TWO YEARS I LIVED THERE WERE THE WORST EVER.

And it's still the worst. I can't afford to move, but if I could I would. And the manager still isn't doing what we expect from her. She has her favorites and they all kiss her butt to get what they want and everyone else has to wait...Isn't that something??? Plus she is never around to have things fixed when they need it. So I agree with poluserblues and it's getting even worse then ever since 2007.
