This is a very nice complex with multiple buildings and apartment sizes. The staff is very friendly. The complex is located right off a main street (Midland Road). It's close to schools, shopping centers, and it's only a stones throw from the Highway. People of all age groups are welcome. I would recommend this to anyone.

If you dont like living there then move. Ive lived there for over a year now and I think my favorite thing about Orchard Manor is (sounds silly) the POOL! I dont have to take care of it. Its always clean. And Its open all day. My daughter loves it as well! You must have had a bad experience in the past... I reccomend this place to all mothers out there trying to live pay check to pay check. OM is very affordable. PLUS you get all the perks of having a groundskeeper and maintenence man! Aside from jerks like you this place is very nice.
