We've (my boyfriend and I) lived here for 13 months (the first month was free) and it has been the worst choice of possibly our entire lives. There is no help from the resident manager-- you can call, knock on the door, leave a message, slide notes under the door, and you will NOT get so much as a peep. It is on rare occasions, when he becomes motivated, will he help with a problem or answer his door to accept a rent check.
Secondly, if you pay your rent by check-- expect not to have it withdrawn from your account until a month later.

We used to have a lovely old lady living next to us, now we have a loud extended family on one side of us, and on the other side a couple college kids that barely sleep. Then below us we have a couple marijuana smokers. Lucky for us, the smell seeps up-- just wonderful, huh' The halls are never vacuumed, the doorways in the halls range from red to pink depending on what floor you're on (they obviously started to run out and added some white) and there is two washers and ONE dryer for the entire place.

There is a table downstairs where the mail man just sets the mail. I had been subscribed to my Cosmopolitan magazine, and it had been stolen almost every month I'd received it.

Another thing-- it's illegal not to receive a copy of your lease contract or have lightswitch covers. Well, after six months we finally got the lightswitch covers-- but still no copy of the lease! Oh, and it took us eight months to get curtains.

Just save yourself the hassle and DON'T DO IT. You will regret it.

I almost moved there in August 2007. I loved the look of the apartment. It is very large. We chose a place in Essexville instead. We have a ground floor with a in ground heated pool in the summer. After reading this review I am so glad we did not take the two bedroom there.
