I lived at this building for a few years and have seen the building deteriorate over time with various managers coming and going. The current "on-site" manage isn't. I am told he lives 45 minutes away and comes in occassionally to check in on things. The previous review is correct entirly, I would only add that you shouldn't expect to get your security deposit returned in a timly manner. I've waited four months and I'm now filing suit.

ME TOO! After waiting six months to receive my security deposit I filed suit for double, which is Michigan State Law. They ended up settling with me and sending me the full amount after hours of back and forth. Unbelievably unorganized.

Management sure does seem to be a problem here. I hope they have gotton a new one since as I was considering this apartment to rent. Thanks for your thoughts.
