I liked the space for the price. When gas prices soured last winter it was nice not to have to worry about paying for my heat as it was included in the rent. Plenty of hot water for my showers too. I liked that the rent did not go up either when other friends of mine saw higher heat bills and rent at the places they lived and their apartment was soo small too.
