I have lived at Ross Lake Village Apartments twice and the first time was not to bad, management was nice but then she left cause of pressure from her boss and she left, we got left with some guy that had never worked for an apartment complex before the had only worked contruction jobs and it was a nightmare. Several times that I had to speak to him he was a jerk. Then they fired him and we didn't have a manager, so I moved. Moved back about 6 months later for work in the area and they had a fairly good manager she was real concerned with the well being of everyone, she was real nice, and about 6 months ago they fired her too, she was here the longest and they just can not seem to keep someone that cares. Basicly they don't care. We have someone new now he is ok, he came in guns blazing and you just can not do that. This place has really gone to hell. We consently have one new maintenance person after another and you never know who is going into your house. I know of people that have slipped and fell on ice and they don't care. Best thing I can say is don't live here unless it is your last option.
