Great place to live if you dont have a job - I lived in this place for less than a month. When I am paying over $700 per month plus utilities, I expect a reasonable amount of peace of mind. Careful Consideration Needed - Good and responsive manager. Maintenance responds in a reasonable timely manner. Went from a pleasant atmosphere to unpleasant quickly.
