The thing we hated most was that maintenance people were coming into our apartment ALL THE TIME. They often gave barely any notice at all, and seemed to let themselves in whenever they wanted & then would leave notes after the fact about why they had been in there. I understand you may have to fix someone elses things that may be connected to my apartment but when I put in a request they took 2 weeks to fix it. My door was left unlocked by the maintenance and whenever I requested something to get fixed(such as a broken cabinet Shelf) they would make excuses as to why did shouldn't fix it. My blinds were missing peieces when I moved in and they took a month to actually come look at it and then told me that it was my fault they were missing because it had been a month since I moved in. I put the request in the day I moved in!!!
The staff are rude and the rent is too high
