Let's see, my classic Schwinn bike was stolen, and yes, the apartment mgr. is an utter -----. No question. They charged me an extra month's rent because I dropped their key in an envelope to them rather than in person. Verbal okay but did not keep their word. Showed up on my credit report for seven years. That fortunately didn't hurt me, I was able to get a place without their recommendation, but this lady is spiteful beyond words. Also just generally not safe.
