Management is the Problem Not the Apartment

I've lived at Belmont Manor for almost 4 years, and I know it's the management that's the problem. The apartments are very nice, and a reasonable price. I've experience the management skills under 3 managers now, the present one being the most incompetent. I was given a late rent notice, a week after they actually had already cashed the check. My lease renewal was mis-placed, so I was almost charged higher than the SIGNED LEASE (good thing I saved my copy) stated. Had problems with neighbors being very noisy, but once I complained to the PREVIOUS MANAGER, she took care of it within couple of days. I say again it's the Management team that's the problem.
