Ok everybody, lonna wants to be a good mom and take care of her kids better. I heard she got a raise and a promotion out of the deal. Lets be happy for her because we all love her so much and give this new girl a chance. We weren't sure about lonna when she got here. Belmont still looks good!

Yes Lonna is a good mother. Regardless of the raise I know she wouldn't want to leave here for a fact. She has done a lot for us residents at Belmont Manor. She deserves the raise..and also to stay where she was happy and appreciated. This change isn't welcomed by many here.

Look at the facts. If Lonna wanted to come back she would have asked to go back and give up her raise but she must not have. I know she loves all of us and she knows we want the best for her and Belmont. So again give the new girl a chance like you did Lonna. I have lived here a long time and I don't think anyone wants it to look good around here as much as me. Lonna lives here and she loves it here and so do I and it is still great.

Did it ever occur to you she doesn't have a choice? I've lived here 10 yrs. I've seen 8 managers come and go. Lonna has done the most for Belmont! Sometimes money isn't everything!

It still looks good around here because the maint. guys were trained by Lonna! It's not that the place will fall apart. But the community feel has gone down the drain. Lonna did things for this place on her own time. I can't even count the times I saw her working planting flowers or doing special things for the kids here..on her own time. Now that is someone who cared about the community.
