I'm willing to start a petition to get her back. I know the owners of this complex read these reviews. So please listen to your residents. I agree with the statements below. And have talked with many neighbors that feel the same. You'll regret your decision. You don't take away someone who's doing a good job and replace them with someone who isn't.

I won't sign that. I love Lonna but we can't make a big company do something like that because they have put a new manager here and she is doing great.

Please bring back Lonna. New manager is so inpersonal. Lonna was always there to help. Can't even get ahold of this new one. And she doesn't return our calls. I've called several times this week and she's gone before the office is suppose to close. I work and I can't call any earlier. Either that or she just isnt answering. Either way it's very fustrating.

I moved into Tuscan Manor apartments in March of 2008. I must say there are a few complaints, but I can't say they are the worst of worst. Complaints: Very thin walls, you can hear your neighbor's talking next door and they aren't talking loud. You can hear them flush there toilet's and open there squeeky closet doors. The water pipes get really loud like a fog horn if you don't turn the water on just rite. The hot water can be scolding if you don't put the right amount of cold water in your shower. You can end up with 3rd degree burns. The windows in the winter are horrible!! The blinds swing back and forth from the wind coming into the apartment as though the window is open. My winter bill was $104 which was extremely high but I had to keep warm. The kid's in my builing like to wake up early and play in the halls with toys and they can get pretty loud at times. The snow is never shoveled in the back of the building for us that park in the back. The kids in my building like to play around the cars in the lot and climb on and off the garbage dumpster. They jump the fence by the elementary school to play on the playground even though there are signs on the gate that restrict them from doing so. (Where are the parents??!!) Good news is i've never had a problem with getting anything fixed in a timely manor. Maintenance is very polite and you can trust them in your apartment. Even though our buildings don't have security access, I've never had any break ins. The police rides through our complex on a regular basis so that's a plus. I didn't get to know Lona that well before she left, but our new management Teresa is extremly nice. Management does an excellent job with the landscaping in the summer. They vacuum the hallways in my building every week, even though the kids come thru and mess it back up. Alot of problems people are having in there buildings have alot to do with the resident not the management. If your a tack head don't make everyone around you look tacky. I love the location because Bellevelle High is right next door. They have alot of functions in Belleville in the summer, that I look forward to, expecially the Strawberry Fest. I do alot of walking and jocking in the summer at 7am and I must say I feel safe. 98% of the people are very polite I think the other 2% are just mean and grumpy. The spacious apartment with walk in closet space and a bath in a half is great. I don't know how these apartments was before I moved here, but I can honestly say they arent' horrible and I will recommend to others.
