I apologize but I was not able to sign a lease under Lonna, it sounds like she was a great manager. However, the new manager seems awesome. Pam bent over backwards to get my wife and I an apartment that we enjoyed. Granted, there were quite a few maintenance problems that needed to be fixed when I moved in but Pam and the maintenance team acted quickly! There is still a few problems that need to be fixed but I am confident that they will be addressed. Here is one more fact that you should look into about Pam. She was legally obligated to not talk to the press about the near drowning on Friday three weeks ago. On that Friday there was a child, around 1 year in age, playing around the pool unsupervised. Tuscan (Belmont) Manor has signs stating that there is no lifeguard and you swim at your own free will. The child was later found in the pool unconscious and was immediately pulled out by nearby residents and people from the maintenance staff. Pam, who has cpr/bls training, heard the commotion and came running. She was the only one on scene able to perform rescue breathing and was able to save the kids life! I dont know about the rest of the residents but she is now a hero for at least one person. So far I have enjoyed my stay and would welcome anyone to join the community!
