I agree - don't move here. I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling that took them all summer to fix. They tore out all of the drywall above my bathtub and left it that way for weeks. My apartment smelled like rotting, wet wood all summer. I came home one day to find a pink slip on my door stating that if I didn't pay my rent, I would be evicted (the notice was for a different apartment). When I moved out, they lost all of my paperwork and it took 5 months for me to get my security deposit back. You really don't want to deal with these people.

That happened to us too! except it took them THREE YEARS to get it fixed. THREE YEARS. We notified them that we were moving out, contested the rent due to breach contract (the ceiling) and they evicted us before we finished moving. Shady.
